What is Natto? Natto is a traditional Japanese soybean product that is made by fermenting steamed soybeans with Bacillus subtilis spores. It is a nutrient-packed, additive-free superfood from Japan, known for its distinct aroma, flavor, and unique slimy texture. Our freeze-dried natto beans are free from any food additives, colorants, or preservatives. It is the perfect option for vegans as it contains no animal derivatives. Even for those who are not fond of the smell of natto, it can be easily enjoyed when eaten as is, much like nuts.

Natto, a traditional Japanese fermented food, is not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients. Through the fermentation process of soybeans with Bacillus natto, it produces nutrients such as vitamin K2 and natto kinase that are not naturally found in soybeans. Our freeze-dried natto is produced at -30℃ to ensure that none of the various nutrients are lost as a result of heating.

Easy Preparation: Rehydrate and Enjoy Soft Natto

Step 1: Take 10g of dry natto from the bag and place it into a bowl. The powder in the bag is freeze-dried Bacillus natto kinase, so please make sure to use it together with the grains.

Step 2: Pour water over the natto, making sure it is just covered. If you rehydrate 10g of dried natto, it will become 1 pack (40g) of commercially sold natto in Japan.

Step 3: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Completion! Take it out of the refrigerator, give it a stir, and enjoy. After rehydration, store the natto in the refrigerator and consume it within the same day.
